How We Work

An engagement may range from one on one meetings with the CEO to full scale workshops with all or parts of the whole team. An engagement begins with an interview between Mike and the CEO during which the opportunity, threat or challenge is fully discussed, examined, and well understood. Mike will then at no charge custom tailor a recommended solution process appropriate for the need which is described in a proposal for the CEO to review to ensure Mike has it right. When the CEO is ready, a Statement of Work contract is executed and the work begins. Regardless of the scope of work desired, the solution includes appropriate training in and the delivery of replicable methodologies and tools to ensure sustainability of the gains made.
